Halo Event Data Log Export
The Event Data Log is a handy report if you haven't got the Halo Cloud, the log will give you a list of events that have occurred in the last 48 hours, this will help you trouble shoot if you need too.

Vape and THC detection: The HALO is a vape sensor but will also detect tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which is found in cannabis. Såna här saker brukar oftast INTE funka man skall hålla en hel bibel med installationer jag har flera såna här ip kameror bland annat DELTACO som till och med var PLUG IN PLAY men som INTE fungera fick ingen kontakt med INTERNET / modem . Jag har två vilt kameror som skall skicka MMS men som bara tar bild på SD kort . Jag har ännu en till låg pris IP kamera som inte heller den funkar fast jag aldrig använt jag saknar enkel installation och PLUG IN PLAY . samt säker LINA .

How to send alert using sms?
Unfortunately, you can’t have an SMS alert sent directly from the NetBotz 250 device, however, you can configure the Netbotz appliance to send an email when there is an alert. As an option you could send emails to an email to SMS gateway to relay messages over SMS.

Hi Nicky, great video, thank you. After resetting the fire alarm in the Net2 software the doors are all operational again but still showing as "open" in the software. Any ideas how to clear this anomoly? I have tried restarting Net2 services on the server running the Net2 Pro software but doesn't fix it. They still all work as normal but show as "open" in the doors list!
Hi Patrick, So sorry for the delay in replying, glad you like the video, having not seen this behaviour before we would suggest using the reinstate button at the bottom of the screen when viewing the list of doors. Then select all doors and download latest firmware and settings. That should force a refresh to everything and hopefully solve the issue. Failing that try rebooting the Paxton server from the admin tool. I hope this helps.
